Setup had its moments but mostly I found it frustrating

When I first got the software, the initial setup took quite a bit of time and effort by myself, but I managed to get most things running after a few tries. The automatic updates did help at times, simplifying some tasks, but the frequent changes also meant I had to continually adjust how I worked, which was exhausting. Accessing the dialer was somewhat cumbersome; sometimes it would reset or disconnect during calls. The database feature itself had potential, but integrating it into my workflow required a lot of manual work which I wasn’t prepared for. On the plus side, invoicing and payment processes were clear and straightforward which made that part easy to handle. Telephonic support did try to help but often couldn't resolve more technical or ongoing setup issues, leaving me to figure them out myself. Overall, I felt the setup was more one-off than recurring for them, yet for me, it turned into an ongoing thing that I had to manage daily. This experience left me frustrated and uncertain about continued use in my routine.
