Setup had its highs and lows, but overall pretty decent
The onboarding training for the software mixed one-time setup tasks with ongoing preparations quite clearly, though I wished there was a bit more differentiation upfront. I appreciated how the database configuration was mostly a one-off job, allowing me to focus on real-time workflow adjustments later instead of being bogged down every session. This clarity helped me streamline daily tasks much better than previous tools I used. However, the ongoing training segment felt slightly repetitive at times, as some updates required frequent tweaks that weren’t always outlined well in the initial orientation. I found myself toggling between modules more than I expected. On the plus side, the training content was thorough and supported by decent documentation which I referred to regularly. This balance of permanent setup and continuing adaptation made the process warm and approachable, even if it wasn’t flawless all the way through. I’d say the experience was overall positive with just a small reservation about how ongoing training was presented, but nothing that diminished the practicality of the software’s onboarding system.
