Setup had good parts, but ongoing steps were confusing
I went into the WFHI setup with the expectation that a lot would be straightforward after the initial sign-up, but I found the process a bit more split between one-off and ongoing parts than I anticipated. The initial onboarding and software installation were relatively standard and completed without major issues. However, once I moved on to configuring the calling tools and the dialer, I realized I had to revisit settings repeatedly over the course of a few days, which seemed like continuous work rather than a one-time setup. Also, while the database feature worked fine initially, updating it to match my workflow wasn’t as smooth as described—it took a few back-and-forths with telephonic support. Speaking of support, calling the helpline was helpful, though I found that some details about automatic updates were not very clear during the pre-purchase call, so I wasn’t fully prepared for the changes that happened later. The invoicing and payment steps were handled well, with clear sign-up and payment processing, but I still missed a phase where I had confirmation about what exactly required ongoing input versus what was self-sustaining. So overall, the experience was mixed; some stages were well thought out, while others needed clearer guidance for sustained use.
