Setup had a mix of one-off and ongoing tasks that could be improved
The onboarding took care of a good chunk of the initial setup as a one-time process, which I appreciated because it got most technical basics out of the way right away. However, I found that some parts, such as configuring the calling tools and dialer features to my liking, required ongoing adjustments as I used the software more. This means the setup wasn’t just done after the first session; it kept asking for tweaks to match how I wanted the workflow to operate remotely. The training was helpful but felt like it could have emphasized more on these kinds of ongoing customizations and how to keep things stable. One thing missing was a clear guide on how automatic updates might impact these ongoing settings, as I felt a little unsure if updates might overwrite some personalized parts. That said, invoicing and payment were simple and well explained, so at least that side was painless. Overall, the training and onboarding struck a decent balance, but I think a bit more clarity on the mix of initial and ongoing actions would make things easier for newcomers.
