Setup Fully Equipped Me for Smooth Remote Work
When I first signed up for WFHI, the setup felt quite comprehensive right from the get-go. Most of what I had to do was a one-off, like uploading my database and configuring the dialer tools. I appreciated that these foundational steps were straightforward and didn’t require repeating every time I used the software. The onboarding training was actually practical — it showed me exactly how to run workflows remotely, and I could easily follow each lesson without confusion. Throughout the initial weeks, automatic updates didn’t disrupt any of my work, and they just seemed to keep everything running better behind the scenes without needing my intervention. Training sessions covered the essentials but also prepared me to handle less common scenarios on my own, so I feel confident if I need to revisit it later. Invoicing and payment were clear and of course a one-time event per cycle. Overall, WFHI’s onboarding made sure that after the first batch of work, I could manage all the features steadily without returning to training or support constantly. This approach really did the job for me to get started and keep going with remote workflows efficiently.
