Setup felt way more ongoing work than promised
I had expected the training and onboarding to set me up mostly once, with a bit of occasional tweaking after that. But what I found was quite different. Instead of feeling like a one-off setup process, there seemed to be continual steps and updates needed every week. The software itself required constant adaptation to automatic updates that changed things without much warning. While the initial training covered basics, it didn’t prepare me well for this ongoing maintenance. I was hoping for something more stable and less time-consuming in the long run. The constant need to re-learn parts of the dialer or database felt frustrating. Overall, the whole thing felt more like a persistent project than a clean setup experience. Frankly, it left me feeling overwhelmed rather than empowered, which is the opposite of what I wanted from remote workflow training.
