Setup felt too temporary to be really useful

After signing up and going through the initial setup of the software, I found that a lot of the configuration felt like a one-off process rather than something that would benefit me long term. For example, when I added contacts to the database, it seemed to require frequent manual updates rather than syncing automatically with any external source. Also, the dialer tool needed to be reconfigured fairly often, which was frustrating because it added repetitive steps to my workflow instead of streamlining it. I asked support a couple of times about making these parts more permanent or continuous, but the answers remained vague and did not offer a clear solution. The automatic updates feature didn't seem to improve this issue either, as I still had to intervene regularly. I would say the verdict is that it was more setup than ongoing convenience, which limits the software’s usefulness for busy remote workers who want things to just work without constant upkeep.
