Setup felt slow but in the right order overall
Honestly, the entire software access and onboarding was pretty methodical, which I appreciate after going through this kind of thing several times before. It didn’t feel like they were rushing me through the early steps. The sequence—starting with signing up, moving to the database, then the calling tools and dialer—made sense logically. I do wish the initial invoicing and payment processes were clearer; it took a while to find exactly where to manage those in the interface. The updates happened quietly in the background, which was good because I didn’t want too many interruptions. Support was helpful when I managed to get in touch, but getting a response sometimes felt slower than I hoped. Still, that’s not unusual. The whole thing felt like a thorough but slow crawl through onboarding. I’ve explained this kind of workflow setup to others many times now, and this felt like another instance where the patience to go step-by-step paid off. Could be a bit more streamlined but at least it wasn’t rushed or out of order.
