Setup felt simple but ongoing adjustments are a chore
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process focused heavily on how much effort is one-off versus recurring. The initial sign-up was pretty straightforward; invoices arrived promptly and the payment system worked without issues. However, the setup after sign-up was more involved than I expected. While you do get through onboarding and some training, much of the configuration on calling tools and database features seemed ongoing, not just a one-time setup. This means regularly adjusting the dialer settings and managing contact entries, which I suppose is necessary but does demand consistent attention. Automatic updates do reduce manual work for software maintenance, which is a positive. But weighing this ongoing calibration against the initial promise, I found the experience less effortless than presented. Telephonic support helped with questions, but since I often had to implement solutions myself, it sometimes felt like extra work rather than support. Overall, the outcome is a functioning system that keeps requiring input to stay efficient rather than truly set and forget. The invoice and payment aspects were certainly smooth, but the practical daily use relies on me quite a bit, which I had to balance in deciding how well it fits my workflow.
