Setup felt partly one-time with some ongoing chores
I found the experience of sales and pre-purchase information to be a bit of a mixed bag. The sign-up process was straightforward enough, and getting the initial software access was mostly a one-off task. During onboarding, I learned that certain features, like the calling dialer and the database setup, needed only one-time configuration, which was convenient. However, the invoicing and payment process worked on a recurring cycle, requiring me to stay updated with each new bill and track my account regularly. The automatic updates to the software also meant changes that sometimes took extra time to adapt to since they were ongoing rather than one-time. Telephonic support was available when needed, but I noticed that some answers involved repeated explanations for routine tasks that ideally would be better documented. While the core setup itself felt like a single stretch, the ongoing maintenance and adapting to updates made it clear that the process is continuous rather than finished after initial completion.
