Setup felt mostly smooth with a few ongoing twists
From the very beginning, the onboarding felt organized although not completely hands-off. Much of the initial setup was a one-time effort, especially with configuring the database and dialing tools, which was good because it meant I didn’t have to constantly repeat the process. However, the training required ongoing attention as some parts like updates and minor feature tweaks kept changing the flow, requiring me to check back and adjust. Telephonic support was reliably there but felt more reactive than proactive, so it didn’t fully remove that ongoing need to stay vigilant. Payments and invoicing processes were stable once I understood them, but that clarity came after a few attempts, making that early stage a bit rocky. Overall, the feeling was like setting a solid foundation that needed regular care to keep everything running smoothly. The whole experience balanced well between straightforward setup and the realities of managing a dynamic platform in day-to-day use.
