Setup felt mostly one-off, support was steady
Initially, I wasn’t sure whether the setup process would require ongoing support or if it was mostly a one-time thing. After going through the training and using the software, I realized that most of it was indeed one-off, with the main training and onboarding covering the critical steps. Ongoing support from their team was steady when needed but not intrusive. The moment it clicked for me was when the database feature started to fit naturally into my work routine. That’s when I understood the setup wasn’t continuous but a foundation I could build on with occasional assistance. The telephonic support was helpful and responsive, but I didn’t need to call often once I was familiar. So overall, setup felt practical and manageable, and the balance of one-off versus ongoing help worked well for me.
