Setup felt mostly once and done, which was nice
When I first got started with the software, it felt like I had to invest a good amount of time setting everything up, but the good part was it was mostly a one-time setup. After that, daily access and use didn’t require any repeated configuration. The onboarding flow guided me through connecting to the calling tools and iterating with the dialer settings; once those were set, they just worked smoothly. The database feature synced my contacts easily and required just a one-off import. Automatic updates were mostly invisible and required no manual intervention. The seamless invoicing process meant I didn’t deal with recurring billing niggles. My small reservation is that the initial sign-up page took a while to load the first time, which was a bit frustrating, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. Overall, I’m left with a good impression of how the setup works more once than repeatedly, which saves time daily.
