Setup felt more ongoing than I expected, especially the database part
When I started with WFHI, I imagined the setup to be mainly a one-off deal where I'd just get everything sorted during onboarding and then move on. But I quickly realized a lot of setting up actually extended far beyond the initial days. The database feature, in particular, demanded ongoing attention because my workflow and data kept evolving. Unlike what I expected, I had to spend time every week tweaking and updating records rather than just setting it once. The calling tools and dialer were mostly straightforward from the start, which was a relief, but I still faced some fine-tuning here and there which took more effort than anticipated. Onboarding helped me get the basics right, but it didn't quite prepare me fully for this continuous setup aspect. Automatic updates helped streamline a few of the processes, but I felt like I was still pretty involved in maintenance. The invoicing and payment cycle proceeded reasonably smoothly without surprises. Telephonic support was available to assist with those ongoing questions, which I found really useful. So, while I expected a mostly finished setup delivered to me, in reality, a lot of the work felt ongoing, especially when it came to adjusting database details.
