Setup felt like too much one-time effort with little ongoing help
Honestly, setting everything up with WFHI felt like a big one-time task that was mostly about getting the software and database configured exactly right. The onboarding and initial training sessions helped, but it was clear that most of the heavy lifting happened at the start. After that, the system ran okay, but I didn't really feel like there was much ongoing support or regular coaching to help me improve or adjust workflows as time went on. The dialer and calling tools worked when I set them up, but if I wanted to change anything or understand deeper features, it felt like I was mostly on my own. Automatic updates sometimes made me feel like I had to re-learn parts, but without direct guidance on what changed. Telephonic support was fine for quick questions but not for detailed help. So to sum up, I’d tell a friend it was fine for getting started but pretty much a solo ride afterward, which might be tough for those who want ongoing learning or support.
