Setup felt like it didn’t lead anywhere useful
Looking back after some time, I must say the whole sales and pre-purchase setup process left me feeling like the effort wasn’t worth the outcome. The initial sign-up and basic software walkthrough happened quickly enough, but beyond that, I had to rely heavily on my own attempts to figure out how the database and calling tools interconnected, since the preparation given was mostly one-off and didn’t feel like it supported ongoing use very well. While auto-updates promised to improve things over time, they ended up changing some features unexpectedly without adequate advance notice, which made my workflow confusing. Additionally, the invoicing and payment processes were mostly straightforward, but they didn’t help much with easing me into the system. I wish there had been a more continuous, guided follow-up after purchase instead of a single briefing that kind of left me to myself. This limited onboarding and lack of steady support made me feel like the setup was a one-time event that ultimately didn’t equip me for continued effective usage. In the end, the outcome is that I’m still unsure about using the platform regularly.
