Setup felt like a one-time struggle
From the moment I started using the WFHI software, it was clear that much of the setup was a heavier lift initially rather than ongoing. There were a number of steps to properly configure the calling tools and get the database aligned exactly with the workflows I had in place. While onboarding materials were helpful, I found that some of the integrations and automatic update features required extra patience and adjustments beyond the onboarding stage. Telephonic support was available and responsive, but felt oriented towards resolving specific problems as they arose instead of guiding me proactively through each leg of the setup process. Invoicing and payment processes were straightforward and once the initial hurdles were overcome, day-to-day use became much smoother. The dialer interface was intuitive, but the database module took some time to understand fully. Overall, the whole experience gave me the impression that WFHI expects users to tackle the bulk of configuration upfront. This approach means you are unlikely to encounter many surprises later on, but it also meant a fair bit of one-off effort was necessary to reach a stable, ongoing workflow. Still, once that was complete, I appreciated the relative steadiness and clarity afterward.
