Setup felt like a one-time hassle, support was hit and miss
I tried to get things going with the WFHI software, but from the start the setup was a major one-off job. The process did not feel streamlined or consistent, and I didn’t see much ongoing support making things easier after initial use. Calling their helpline was mostly frustrating, with delays and unhelpful responses. There was one instance where they managed to clarify a small issue quickly, but overall, the communication seemed inconsistent and not really geared towards long-term assistance. The onboarding felt rushed and one-dimensional and wasn’t backed up by continuous follow-up or easy problem resolution after that initial phase. I’d tell a friend it’s more a trial-and-error system than a smooth path. Overall, I found the support and communication wanting, and much of the heavy lifting was left to me after initial setup, which was disappointing. If I had expected ongoing guidance, I was left wanting. That limited bit of clear support during setup was almost overshadowed by how much follow-up effort they didn’t provide. The whole process needed a stronger and more dependable support system tuned for not just starting up but sustaining operations.
