Setup felt like a one-time hassle, not ongoing support
Honestly, this setup process felt like it was designed more for people who can handle a lot upfront because most of the effort really is one-off, not ongoing support like I thought I’d get. The calling tools and dialer needed quite a bit of manual tweaking at the beginning, and although the software is supposed to update automatically, I found myself repeating some of those setup steps anyway. Telephonic support was available but felt more like a quick patch rather than a hands-on approach, and I kept circling back to that point because I kept hoping someone would offer more detailed help beyond the initial sign-up and payment. If you’re the kind who enjoys independent, one-time setup, this might suit you. But if you want continuous, step-by-step handholding and smoother onboarding, I’m not sure this would be the right fit. It’s a bit frustrating when the infrastructure is there, but the ongoing help isn’t quite what you expect.
