Setup felt like a never-ending cycle, not a smooth process
You made the onboarding and training quite frustrating for me. At first, I thought once I completed the initial setup it would get easier, but instead, every time I tried to integrate the calling tools or update the database, it required doing one-off setups again and again. It doesn’t feel like a seamless experience but more like a repetitive chore that prolongs my work and makes simple steps complicated. The training modules didn’t make this clearer or simpler — often I found myself backtracking through them without any fresh insight and still stuck on configurations that should have been fixed already. The constant need to relearn or adjust every little thing has made me question how suitable this is for me, because I expected much more stability after onboarding. If the early setup involved fewer recurring issues, I could have continued confidently, but as it stands, it feels like an ongoing, frustrating task that drains my time and energy.
