Setup felt like a mix of one-time and continuous tasks

Thinking about my experience so far, the whole software setup felt like it involved both one-off tasks and ongoing activities, which I wasn’t exactly sure how to balance at first. For example, initial setup of the calling tools and dialer needed quite a bit of input — configuring settings and inputting details into the database felt like tasks that I'd only do once or occasionally. But on the other hand, keeping the software updated and frequently managing the database entries seemed to be continuous efforts. Sometimes I wondered if the automatic updates would cover all maintenance or if I’d keep needing to intervene manually. The onboarding was straightforward though, which helped clarify what was expected in setting things up initially versus what I'd have to keep doing. That mix meant I sometimes wasn’t sure how much time I’d need daily or weekly to keep things running smoothly. Despite that uncertainty, the software’s design feels flexible enough to accommodate both the initial setup and ongoing use without much hassle. To sum up, the experience was positive overall, but I’m still adjusting to the rhythm of what parts are one-off and which are regular tasks.
