Setup felt like a maze to figure out
I found the sales and pre-purchase experience with WFHI quite frustrating. The initial setup required a lot of one-off actions just to get going, which felt overwhelming at the start. While the payment and invoicing steps were handled decently well, the ongoing configurations and adjustments kept popping up unexpectedly. I was hoping the platform would be ready to use after paying, but instead, I had to keep revisiting the setup screens repeatedly, which drained my enthusiasm. Although the software seemed promising, the lack of clarity about what was a one-time step versus ongoing tasks made the experience confusing. Overall, it felt more complicated than I anticipated and didn’t flow smoothly.
