Setup felt like a grind, onboarding didn’t quite click
At first, I was optimistic going into the WFHI training and onboarding process. The initial setup required a considerable amount of one-off work, which I can appreciate—getting the system tailored is important. However, what caught me off guard was the ongoing effort it demanded. It felt like I was repeatedly revisiting the same setup details rather than moving forward. This undermined the smoothness of onboarding that I was expecting. For instance, the calling tools required constant tweaking, and the database entries had to be updated more than I thought they'd initially suggest. I did find the training materials themselves fairly straightforward, which was a positive, but the overall process felt more like a waiting game in places, rather than a steady flow of progression. The automatic updates sometimes added new functionality, but they also meant new inconsistencies to adapt to without much guidance. In sum, while part of the setup was fine, the continuing adjustments made the experience frustrating rather than seamless.
