setup felt like a bigger effort than expected
The initial training covered the basics well enough, but I found the whole setup process took quite a bit of my time because a lot of it required repeated one-off actions rather than things running smoothly each day afterward. For instance, configuring the dialer took several tries, and I kept needing to adjust settings manually instead of having it work automatically once it was set up. Also, the database integration didn’t feel very intuitive, meaning I had to keep returning to instructions repeatedly. This was frustrating because I wanted a system where the onboarding felt like a sprint rather than an ongoing marathon. Don’t get me wrong, the training did its job to some extent; it gave me a foundation. However, the ongoing tweaks and troubleshooting made me think that if the onboarding had been more automated or user-friendly, it would have saved considerable time and effort.
