Setup felt halfway between a sprint and a marathon
When I first signed up for WFHI's software, I expected the onboarding to be a one-off hurdle where everything would just click and I could get on with my remote workflows. Initially, the setup was indeed manageable; the software was fairly intuitive, and I could configure the basic calling tools and database integration without much fuss. However, as I progressed, it became clear that ongoing tweaks were necessary. The dialer settings needed fine-tuning over several days to suit my specific workflow, which wasn't as straightforward as I had hoped. Updates rolled out automatically, which should have been helpful, but occasionally they altered configurations I'd just perfected, creating frustration. On the plus side, telephonic support was responsive, assisting me with some adjustments, though the need to revisit setups regularly made me question the balance between initial setup and continued maintenance. So overall, while the initial experience aligned with my expectations of a quick setup, the ongoing efforts required to keep things running smoothly meant it was more of a marathon than a sprint, making the whole setup feel uneven in ease and effort.
