Setup felt confusing at first, then a little clearer
When I signed up, I honestly wasn’t sure how much of the setup was supposed to be a one-off thing and how much was ongoing. Initially, I thought that once I finished onboarding and got the dialing tool running, I’d be set for a while. But as I went deeper, I realized I was expected to update the database regularly and that the software sometimes changed without much notice. That’s when it clicked for me: this stuff isn’t just a checklist—it’s a continual process. That said, it was a bit frustrating to find out later that some features needed reconfiguration each week, especially when the automatic updates would modify settings I’d just set up. The payment and invoicing were straightforward, which was a relief, but the tradeoff is that the software demands constant input to stay effective. I guess if you’re okay with a bit of ongoing work, you’ll manage, but I wished this aspect was clearer earlier so I could’ve been mentally prepared.
