Setup felt a mix of initial work with ongoing tweaks
Looking at the whole setup process, I noticed that there was a balance between one-time configuration and tasks requiring ongoing attention. Initially, I spent significant time going through the training and getting familiar with the software features like the dialer and database. These parts needed proper effort upfront because of the new tools involved. However, once I cleared that stage, most of the daily operations were maintained through automatic updates and routine use of calling tools that didn’t require repeated setup. Signing up and completing the payment was straightforward and happened only once as expected. What was interesting is that the onboarding and training were more front-loaded compared to the ongoing workflow, which seemed stable for weeks. Telephonic support remained helpful throughout, though it was mostly relevant during the early days. I’d say the overall experience felt like a significant initial investment followed by steady usage without too many interruptions or repeated setup tasks.
