Setup Explained Clearly Enough, Took About A Week
When I first signed up, I braced myself for a steep learning curve, but I was largely comfortable with how the software and training components were laid out. The initial setup and the first few days of using the dialer and database tools took almost a week to get properly into the flow. I appreciated that explanations were concise and mostly to the point, so there was minimal fluff or confusion when switching between calls and managing client data. The automatic updates seem to happen quietly in the background, which is nice because I didn’t have to worry about manually checking for new versions or changes. My primary note is that some of the training materials could have been broken down in clearer chunks—at times I felt overloaded or unsure if I fully absorbed certain features. But overall, the sign-up, invoicing, and payment process were straightforward and worked as expected—no surprises or hold-ups there. Any doubts I had during the initial days were quickly cleared when I reached out to support, which was quite helpful. So, in all, the process took a bit of time but got the job done.
