Setup experience was a bit of a mixed bag
I had been expecting the setup process to be mostly one-off, so I could get everything ready quickly and then simply focus on using the tools afterwards. In reality, while the initial sign-up and onboarding were reasonably smooth, I found myself needing to adjust settings and re-enter some database information repeatedly in the first week. Some parts, like importing the contact lists, were straightforward but others required continual tweaks as I realized what worked practically. The dialer performed well overall, but the call logging needed careful attention and occasionally some manual correction, which felt like ongoing effort rather than a one-time setup task. The automatic updates, while helpful in keeping the environment current, sometimes prompted me to review changes or adjust workflows, so that added to the ongoing involvement. I did appreciate that the team’s telephonic support was accessible and helped clarify certain features. On balance, the mix of one-off and ongoing setup was not quite what I had assumed initially based on pre-purchase info. It felt like a regular software product with a learning curve and a bit of maintenance, rather than a turnkey solution. That said, I also found certain parts quite efficient once I adapted. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, leaning neither fully smooth nor overly troublesome.
