Setup experience overall felt like a drawn-out hassle

When I first started signing up and setting up the WFHI software, I was caught in one moment where I had to reconfigure the database connection because the initial setup missed an important parameter. That one moment was frustrating because it felt like hours lost trying to figure out what went wrong. Beyond that, the onboarding flow was very vague about how much time I would need to spend regularly maintaining the dialer and the database for ongoing calls. The training gave some general info but did not really prepare me for the day-to-day adjustments. Automatic updates seemed to happen in the background but didn’t necessarily improve my workflow noticeably, which was disappointing. I expected smoother integration from the start, but the sign-up and invoicing process was at least straightforward, even if the payment options felt a little cluttered without clear explanations. Support sounded promising on calls but often responses didn’t come quickly enough to prevent delays. Overall, the entire setup experience felt like dragging through a hassle more than an efficient process, which made me question how manageable this will be long term.
