Setup experience left me somewhere in the middle
Starting the training and onboarding felt a bit mixed to be honest. Initially, there was a fair amount of one-off setup, like entering all my personal details, configuring the call dialer, and importing contacts into the database. This part took some time but felt like one big chunk that once done, I could move on. But then I noticed ongoing steps too—like weekly software updates that changed some interface elements and needed me to revisit certain setup choices. Plus, the training included sessions that seemed recurring or modular, which meant I had to keep revisiting some topics or tools rather than feeling like a one-time onboarding event. I guess this combination was a little surprising; I expected either a clean, once-for-all setup or a fully continuous learning approach but not quite a blend. The telephonic support helped a lot in managing these transitions, though. So overall, the experience felt neither straightforward nor overly complex, but kind of a balancing act between fixed and ongoing tasks that I’m still finding my way through.
