Setup Experience: Both Ups and Downs
I found the initial setup experience quite taxing. There was a lot of one-off configuration needed, which was expected, but what frustrated me was the recurring issues that popped up during my daily workflow. Granted, the telephonic support team tried to help, and for the most part, they responded with a fair degree of patience and knowledge. However, I felt like I spent far more time troubleshooting than actually using the software productively. Certain features, like the automatic updates, worked fine and didn't disrupt my workflow, which was one bright spot. But overall, the ongoing maintenance felt more like a headache than a convenience, and the onboarding process didn’t prepare me fully for these challenges. Signing up and getting the invoicing sorted out was fairly seamless, so at least that piece was smooth. I think the database feature has potential if it was more stable day to day. To sum up, while the one-off setup was a bit of work but manageable, the ongoing issues really affected my experience negatively despite some positive aspects like helpful support during calls.
