Setup expectations versus the ongoing support reality
When I first started using the software and training, I expected most of the setup to be a one-time effort. The sign-up and payment process were straightforward enough, and the initial training sessions were helpful in getting the basics down. What surprised me was how much of using the platform became an ongoing process, especially when managing the database and the calling tools. The dialer got frequent updates that sometimes changed the interface, which required re-learning some steps. On top of that, telephonic support was really reassuring – I found myself calling them regularly, not just during setup but also when I needed help adjusting workflows. They never made me feel like a bother and were always patient, so the value of continued support turned out to be higher than I initially expected. Although I anticipated a mostly hands-off approach after onboarding, it’s clear that the software thrives when you stay engaged with updates and assistance. In hindsight, that ongoing relationship is a strong part of the package.
