Setup ended up being mostly a one-time task
When I first got access to the WFHI software, I was hoping for an ongoing, smooth setup process that would adapt as I started using it in my daily remote workflows. Initially, setting up basic access rights and linking to the call dialer went okay and didn’t take too long. But after that, most of the work was one-off and I found myself waiting for software updates or additional training sessions to actually improve or fine-tune my use of the tools. The automatic updates sometimes brought changes that didn’t feel fully integrated with my workflow, making me wish there was more continuous guidance or support after the initial setup. The onboarding materials helped me get started but didn’t really prepare me for dealing with those ongoing issues. Because of that, the software experience felt kind of front-loaded and less fluid over time, which was a bit frustrating.
