Setup effort was worth it in the long run
Reflecting back on using the WFHI software, I found that most of the effort in setup was front-loaded, which felt demanding at first but ultimately manageable. The initial phase required getting familiar with the database feature and configuring the dialer according to my specific workflow needs. That involved a fair amount of one-off learning and setting preferences, which took longer than I had anticipated. However, once this was done, the automatic updates took care of routine improvements without needing much intervention from me. The onboarding training supported this stage well, making sure I was equipped to handle the tools effectively without continuous hand-holding. After settling in, my daily use became quite smooth and stable, and I appreciated that telephonic support gave me just the right level of priority assistance when needed without feeling overwhelming. So, while setup took focused effort and time, the ongoing maintenance and experience normalized quickly and proved efficient over time.
