Setup effort was reasonable with a few ongoing tweaks needed
Going through the sales and pre-purchase setup with WFHI, I noticed that the initial installation and configuration felt like the most intense part of the process. Signing up and invoicing happened quickly, but setting up the calling tools and integrating the database feature took some dedicated effort upfront. The onboarding training was helpful, guiding me through each step in a logical order, so I didn't feel lost. However, once operational, there were a few ongoing updates and tweaks required to keep the dialer and workflow synced effectively, which added to the maintenance effort. These updates ran automatically for the most part, but occasionally manual adjustments were necessary. This balance between one-off setup and ongoing work makes sense, though I wish the invoicing and payment process was a bit more transparent from the beginning. Overall, it was manageable, just a little more involvement than I initially imagined.
