Setup effort quite manageable but expect some ongoing tweaks
When I first signed up for WFHI, I was curious about how much effort would be one-off versus what I'd need to keep doing regularly. The initial setup involved detailed training sessions that helped me get acquainted with the software and dialer, and I found this invaluable for understanding the ins and outs. Signing up itself was smooth, and the invoicing process was transparent, which eased the pre-purchase hassle. However, once I got going, I realized that while the software is user-friendly, maintaining the database and periodically updating contact lists takes ongoing attention to keep calling workflows efficient. So, although the biggest chunk of effort was upfront during onboarding and training, I'd say there's definitely a consistent commitment needed if you want things running optimally. The automatic updates help by keeping the software current without requiring manual intervention, which is a definite plus. All in all, I'd say it's a practical balance between the one-time and continual effort involved.
