Setup effort mostly one-time, but ongoing work felt tricky
My experience with the software setup was mixed in terms of how much effort was one-off versus ongoing. The initial sign-up and onboarding steps were fairly straightforward, and the training sessions laid out most of what I needed to get started. This initial phase was mostly one-time work, which I appreciated. However, once I started using the calling tools and the database on a daily basis, I noticed that some functions required continuous adjustments and attention. For example, updating the database and managing call lists needed consistent manual effort, which I hadn’t fully anticipated. The automatic updates helped keep the software current but didn’t reduce the daily management I had to do. Another point was that the telephonic support was helpful during setup but harder to reach when I faced recurring issues, so I often had to find my own solutions. On the whole, while the upfront process was smooth, the ongoing operational work was more demanding than expected, which has affected how much I rely on the platform every day.
