Setup done, ongoing use solid
The initial setup was mostly done in one go, which saved a lot of hassle. The onboarding flow and training took up some time but after that, not much needed to be repeated regularly. I think they get the heavy lifting out of the way so most ongoing maintenance is just using the features day to day. Support calls were mostly about fine-tuning and new updates rather than fixing broken stuff. So overall, I’d say you invest time upfront then mostly it runs smoothly, which is exactly what you want. Nothing much to add other than it worked out as expected with no big surprises after setup was complete.
