Setup costs clear but ongoing support left me unsure
I found the sales and pre-purchase phase quite okay because they clearly explained which parts of the setup were one-time and which would be ongoing. The initial configuration was straightforward enough, and the software access came without much hassle. However, I was a bit hesitant when it came to understanding how much ongoing assistance I would get and whether I'd need to keep paying for additional support regularly. That part wasn't overly clear in the initial discussions. The training elements seemed decent and the invoicing process was transparent, so that was a plus. Still, it's hard to say if the value justifies all the costs that might add up later, especially since the automatic updates are free but the priority assistance might not be. Would have appreciated a bit more transparency on these recurring expenses before signing up, but I guess this is common with software services these days. So while the one-time setup felt efficient, the ongoing aspect left me with a small reservation.
