Setup complexity only clicked after multiple tries
When I first signed up, I assumed the setup would mostly be one-time, and then I could smoothly proceed. However, as I began using the dialer and database features, I realized the setup involved ongoing adjustments and configurations. The onboarding flow explained initial setup fairly well but didn’t clearly distinguish which tasks were ongoing. This caused me confusion about how often I needed to revisit settings or update software components. While the basic software installation was straightforward, the moment it clicked for me that a lot of the process is continuously hands-on was frustrating. It meant the learning curve stretched longer than expected. Telephonic support was somewhat helpful but couldn’t fully erase the sense that setup was an evolving process rather than a fixed one-off task. Invoicing and payments were direct enough, but the overall initial impression was that I’d get something static and ready to go, which was not quite the case. I think this distinction should be more apparent up front so users aren’t surprised by ongoing adjustments.
