Setup completed though ongoing use needed attention
The training and onboarding process delivered a fair balance between immediate setup and ongoing learning. Initially, getting through the sign-up and basic invoicing was straightforward, and I appreciated the clear instructions there. However, when moving into the more complex areas like the dialer settings and database integration, I realized that a lot of learning would be continuous rather than one-off. This meant I had to revisit training materials repeatedly, which wasn't initially communicated clearly. The telephonic support was satisfactory and helped when automatic updates altered features unexpectedly. While the experience ultimately resulted in a functioning remote workflow, I did have a reservation about the training's emphasis on ongoing adaptation, which was more extensive than I anticipated. That said, the guidance provided was helpful enough to keep progress steady.
