Setup Complete and Ready, Though Some Details Could Use More Attention
Getting started with the training and onboarding through WFHI was quite a journey. At first, setting up the software felt like a big one-off task—configuring the dialer, exploring the database features, and getting comfortable with the calling tools. The training covered a fair bit, and it was helpful to have those automatic updates rolling in to tweak the experience without me needing to intervene constantly. After the initial setup, most of the time was about maintaining what was established rather than building new things from scratch, which I appreciated since it meant my effort leveled off somewhat. The telephonic support was a useful fallback when I hit little snags, though occasionally I felt some points could be clearer in the instructions. In general, the onboarding was effective enough to get me confidently using the software each day, but I do think a bit more hands-on or follow-up training on the workflow side would make a big difference. For now, I’ve settled into the routine and am ready to continue improving how I use it for remote work processes.
