Setup clicked once automatic updates started working smoothly
You have done a great job in making the software accessible right from the sign-up. Initially, it felt like the updates were causing some confusion as features kept changing on the dashboard. However, once those automatic updates settled and the dialer started working consistently without glitches, I really felt the product clicking. The database feature was straightforward to access, though I was expecting a bit more guidance during onboarding. Now, I mostly find setup one-off except for some occasional tweaks which I manage easily. The support team’s phone assistance was quite prompt whenever I needed clarity.
