Setup Clarity Was Okay, Rest Felt Too Much Uncertain
When I first signed up with WFHI, I expected straightforward sales and pre-purchase guidance, but honestly, a lot of the process felt like figuring things out on my own. The sign-up flow was okay and the invoice details made sense, which at least helped me keep track of payments. However, clarity about what the software would exactly do for my workflow was missing, and I found myself spending extra time testing features without much initial support. The onboarding training promised was a bit thin, so I wasn’t confident until I practically experimented with the database and calling features on my own. The automatic updates were silent, so any changes just popped up without warning and sometimes disrupted my setup. It’s not that it was entirely useless, but for the price, I did expect a more guided experience. With more upfront help, I might have rated this better, but as it stands, it didn’t fully meet my expectations.
