Setup charges took me by surprise
The billing and payments here are a mixed bag. What caught me off guard was how much of the setup fees were charged upfront—it wasn't immediately clear which costs were one-off and which were recurring. After that, the monthly charges settled into a predictable pattern, which was good. The invoicing itself was straightforward enough once I got used to the system, and the payment interface was functional without bells and whistles. However, I did notice occasional delays in getting payment confirmations which could be annoying. Overall, I think the ongoing costs are reasonable, but the initial setup cost was higher than I expected. That was the main surprise and affected how I budgeted. Otherwise, the process was okay, neither great nor terrible. I would have appreciated clearer breakdowns at the start to make the whole payment situation easier to understand. It's not bad but definitely room to improve transparency.
