Setup and support felt solid but ongoing help was minimal
I went through the setup and training with a positive attitude. The initial sign-up was smooth, and the invoicing system was pretty clear. The training modules helped me get started, and the onboarding flow made sure I didn’t feel lost. What caught my attention was how much of the setup was a one-off event versus ongoing support. After the initial configuration, I realized that most of the support was really front-loaded. Telephonic assistance was helpful when I called, but I found that it was limited to specific instances rather than continuous check-ins or proactive guidance. I also appreciated the automatic updates that kept the software up to date without me having to do much. The database feature integrated reasonably well with my existing workflow, though I occasionally wished for more customization in filtering options. All in all, the whole experience felt balanced — well-supported upfront, but somewhat hands-off after that point. It felt like having a solid foundation, even if I had to navigate much of the day-to-day myself afterwards.
