Setup and support felt a bit like mixed signals
Using WFHI has been somewhat of a mixed bag during the initial setup phase. On one hand, the telephonic support was quite responsive, especially when I needed answers about the database features and how they sync with the calling tools. That helped clear up a lot of my confusion early on. However, I noticed that some parts of the setup felt like a one-off effort—once you cross that, the rest seems to run on its own. That's good because it means less time spent on troubleshooting later, but a reservation I have is regarding ongoing communication. I wasn't sure how much proactive support I could expect as I continue to use the software daily. The training sessions were helpful but felt a little generic; they didn’t focus enough on my specific workflow needs which could be a drawback for more complex setups. The automatic updates came fairly regularly, which is a plus, and they rarely disrupted working hours. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, but I would have preferred a more thorough explanation of all payment options during the registration phase. Overall, the whole experience could be summarized as helpful but somewhat inconsistent, with some areas clearly well-managed and others needing improvement. I did get value from the support, but I’m cautiously optimistic about how smooth the path ahead will be once the initial hurdles are passed.
