Setup and pre-purchase took longer than I thought
When I first signed up with WFHI, I figured the pre-purchase and setup would be simpler and quicker than what it actually was. Initially, the documentation and sign-up process were clear enough, but I soon realized that much of the more detailed configuration, especially around the calling tools and database integration, I had to figure out on my own. While the training tutorials were helpful in principle, they didn’t cover every nuance, so I spent considerable time experimenting with the dialer and its settings. The automatic updates behaved well, which was a plus as it saved some time on maintenance, but overall it took me quite some hours to get fully comfortable and operational. The invoicing and payment system worked smoothly once I understood it, yet there was no real personal guidance beyond the basic instructions, so a lot rested entirely on my initiative. Telephonic support was reachable and polite but not always immediately informative or proactive. I appreciate that the software itself delivers on its promises, but I was hoping for a slightly more hands-on introduction or walkthrough. Nevertheless, once everything was set, using the platform became much easier, showing that the initial effort paid off in terms of workflow efficiency. I suppose in retrospect, the time investment upfront is just part of adapting to new tools like this.
