Setting up was mostly one-time effort, the rest smoother than expected
I want to say upfront that the initial setup took more effort than I thought it would. Signing up and getting familiar with all the different components, especially the dialer and calling tools, required multiple sessions. The database setup was another task that needed some attention before it matched my workflow reasonably well. But once all that was done, ongoing use became something I didn’t have to worry much about. Automatic updates meant I didn’t have to manually track versions or download anything new, saving me time down the line. Payment and invoicing worked as expected without surprises and felt like a reliable recurring process rather than a hassle. The software overall demanded a significant upfront commitment, but after that, it just worked quietly in the background. This review probably sounds like I’m reiterating the effort needed, but that’s genuinely how it felt for me.
